Hello, I'm Frances Fishman. I'm a dedicated advocate for neurodivergent and autistic children.

With a background in Behavior Analysis spanning over 14 years, Frances possesses a wealth of knowledge in behavior modification across various settings. However, what truly sets her apart is her holistic and compassionate approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As a mother of three young children, Frances understands the unique challenges that families face when it comes to parenting.

Frances founded The Play Base with a clear mission: to offer a play-based, child-centered, child-led, and adult-guided approach to ABA. Her vision incorporates mindfulness, mental health, and the recognition that deep connections are at the core of effective ABA. With her team, Frances strives to support the growth, development, and self-confidence of children, parents, caregivers, educators, and therapists.

But her advocacy doesn't stop there. Frances believes that every individual, regardless of their neurodivergent or autistic characteristics, can flourish when they feel loved, seen, heard, and respected. She brings this belief to life through her courses, consultations, and resources.

The Knowledge Base: Empowering Parents and Educators.

Frances created The Knowledge Base with one goal in mind: to empower parents and educators to make a lasting positive impact on the lives of neurodivergent and autistic children. The Knowledge Base is the culmination of her years of experience, innovative methods, and unwavering commitment.

Here, parents and educators can access a comprehensive range of courses and resources designed to provide a deeper understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis. But this isn't just another educational platform. The Knowledge Base is a place of compassion and connection. It's a community where mothers, fathers, and educators can find the support and knowledge they need to help children thrive.

With Frances as your guide, you'll embark on a transformative journey to unlock the full potential of every neurodivergent or autistic child. Join us at The Knowledge Base and be part of a community that believes in the power of love, empathy, and connection to create a brighter future for these extraordinary children.
